How access works at Fireball

Your Fireball account lives entirely on the operator's own platform. This portal provides independent information about the brand — we have no access to player accounts and cannot restore, unblock or verify one. Everything on this page points you to the operator to get the job done.

Signing in step by step

The process is short. Before you start, have the e-mail address and password you chose when you registered to hand.

  1. Open the Fireball operator's website directly in your browser — type the address or use a bookmark you set yourself.
  2. Locate the sign-in button on the page and click it.
  3. Enter the e-mail address linked to your account.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Submit the form to reach your account dashboard.

If you do not yet have an account, registration is handled at the operator's site too — look for the account-creation option on the same page.

Why a login is refused

Most failed sign-in attempts come down to a small number of causes. Working through them in order saves time.

  • Wrong e-mail or password — check for a typo, confirm caps lock is off, and try again.
  • Unverified account — Fireball requires full verification before the first withdrawal, and some account features may be locked until identity documents have been reviewed. Check your inbox for any outstanding request from the operator.
  • Verification deadline missed — the operator asks for documents within 60 days of a request. If that window has closed, the account may have been restricted; contact the operator's support team directly.
  • Inactivity hold — accounts with no deposit activity for six months are treated as inactive and may attract an administrative fee or a restriction. Log in through the operator's own support channel to resolve this.
  • Self-exclusion in force — if you set a cooling-off period or a self-exclusion at Fireball, the account is intentionally inaccessible for the duration. See the section below on holds and self-exclusion.
  • Regional restriction — Fireball restricts access from a number of countries. If you are connecting from a restricted territory, sign-in will not succeed.
  • Browser or session problem — clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. A different browser or device often resolves a persistent session issue.

Resetting a password the safe way

If you have forgotten your password, use the password-reset option on the Fireball sign-in page. The operator sends a reset link to the e-mail address registered on the account — follow that link to set a new password.

If the e-mail address you used at registration is no longer reachable, contact the operator's support team. Have your account details ready — full name, registered username, and as much information as you can provide about when and how the account was created. The operator's team handles these cases directly; this portal cannot assist with account recovery.

One important point: reset links arrive from the operator's own domain. Never click a password-reset link that arrives in an e-mail you did not request, and never enter your credentials on a page you reached through an unsolicited message.

Holds, checks and self-exclusion

Some access blocks are deliberate and are not something to work around. The table below covers the main causes and what each one means in practice.

Cause What happens
KYC verification pending Account features restricted until documents are approved; verification required before any withdrawal
Documents not submitted within 60 days Withdrawal cancelled, account closed, remaining funds confiscated under the operator's terms
Inactivity (6 months without a deposit) Account flagged as inactive; monthly administrative fee applied
Cooling-off period active Account inaccessible for the chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months)
Self-exclusion in force Account closed for 1, 3, 5 or 10 years, or permanently; irrevocable and includes automatic marketing opt-out

If a self-exclusion is in force, the block is intentional and the correct response is to respect it, not to seek a route back in. If you are struggling with your gambling, free support is available from BeGambleAware and from the National Gambling Helpline at GamCare on 0808 8020 133 (free, 24/7).

Fireball support channels

For any account issue — a block you cannot explain, a verification request, a withdrawal held up — the operator's own support team is the right contact. This portal has no access to player accounts and cannot intervene on your behalf.

Fireball offers live chat, e-mail support, and a FAQ section. When you write to the operator, having the following ready speeds up the response:

  • The e-mail address registered on the account
  • A brief description of when the problem started
  • The exact message or error displayed on screen

The operator does not publish its support hours, so response times may vary. Live chat is generally the faster route for straightforward queries.

Signing in from a phone

Fireball's platform runs in a mobile browser — open the operator's address in Safari, Chrome or whichever browser your phone uses, and sign in with the same e-mail and password as on desktop. The account is the same account; no separate mobile credentials are needed.

If the page is slow to load, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. A browser with an outdated cache can also cause display problems — clearing it usually helps.

Keeping your account access safe

A few straightforward habits make a real difference to account security.

  • Type or bookmark the operator's address directly — never reach the sign-in page through a link in an e-mail or a message you were not expecting.
  • Use a password you do not use anywhere else. A password shared across multiple sites is a risk the moment any one of those sites is compromised.
  • Sign out after each session on a shared or public device. Staying signed in on a device others can access puts your account at risk.
  • If a device is lost or stolen, contact the operator's support team promptly to secure the account.

Responsible gambling

Gambling is entertainment — it works best when it stays that way. Fireball provides a set of controls you can use to stay in charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly, set by contacting support), cooling-off periods of 24 hours up to three months, and self-exclusion for periods from one year to a lifetime. Self-exclusion is irrevocable, so use it when you need a firm stop.

If you are 18+ and gambling has started to feel less like fun and more like pressure, reach out for support. These organisations offer free, confidential help:

If a device is shared with a younger person in the household, parental-control tools such as Net Nanny or Qustodio can prevent access to gambling sites. This content is for players aged 18 and over (18+).

Frequently asked questions

What should I do if I keep entering the right password but still cannot sign in?

First clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again. If that does not help, use the password-reset option on the Fireball sign-in page — the operator sends a reset link to the e-mail address on your account. If the problem persists, contact the operator's live chat or e-mail support with the exact error message you are seeing.

Can I sign in to my Fireball account from a mobile phone without downloading an app?

Yes. The Fireball platform works in a mobile browser, so you can sign in from any smartphone or tablet using the same e-mail and password as on desktop — no separate app or credentials required.

If my account is blocked because I set a self-exclusion, can I get back in before the period ends?

No. Self-exclusion at Fireball is irrevocable for the period chosen, which ranges from one year to a lifetime. The block cannot be reversed early. If you are finding it hard to stay away from gambling, free confidential support is available from GamCare on 0808 8020 133 or at BeGambleAware.org.

What documents do I need to have ready before Fireball can verify my account?

The operator accepts a government-issued ID (such as a passport, ID card or driving licence), proof of residence, and bank statements where required. Files must be in JPG, GIF or PDF format, no larger than 5 MB, in colour. Full verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed.
