Terms and conditions for the Fireball information portal
Start playingThis page sets out the terms that apply when you use this independent information portal about Fireball. By continuing to browse, you agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. Return to Fireball for our main information page.
Scope of these terms
These terms govern the content published on this website, including our editorial material, product explanations and responsible gambling guidance. They apply to every visitor, regardless of the device or connection used to access the site.
Fireball is the operator reviewed on this portal. Betelgeuse Entertainment B.V. is named as the operating company, while the portal itself is operated separately. Visiting this website does not create an account, place a wager or form a contract with the operator.
Your relationship with us and the operator
This website provides information and marketing content about Fireball. It is not a gambling service, and we do not accept deposits, manage player balances, issue bonuses or approve withdrawals. Any registration, payment or gameplay transaction takes place on a separate platform operated by Fireball and under the terms presented there.
We may update product details when the operator changes its offering, but our role remains editorial. We do not guarantee that a promotion, game or payment method will remain available, and the operator’s current terms take precedence over any summary published here.
Your responsibilities when using the site
You must comply with applicable law and follow any age, identity or location requirements that apply to the services you access. The portal and its gambling-related content are intended only for people aged 18 and over (18+).
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe its security, upload unlawful material, copy content for commercial reuse or use our pages to promote unlawful gambling. You are also responsible for keeping any device used to access the portal secure.
Our material and intellectual property
The wording, layout, graphics and other original elements on this portal are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may quote a limited extract with clear attribution and a link to the relevant page for commentary or reporting purposes.
Brand names, game titles, payment trademarks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here identifies the subjects of our editorial coverage and does not imply endorsement by the portal.
Disclaimers and limitations
We work to keep the information accurate and useful, but gambling involves risk and no result is assured. Examples of bonuses, wagering requirements and withdrawal rules are summaries for orientation, not contractual promises. Check the operator’s current terms before depositing or taking part in a promotion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for losses arising from reliance on this information, temporary availability failures or the conduct of third-party services reached by external links. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Responsible gambling, availability and governing law
Fireball provides account controls including deposit limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion and a self-assessment. The site itself may occasionally be unavailable, and links to external services are outside our control. If gambling stops feeling recreational, contact BeGambleAware or call the free, 24/7 National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
These terms may change as the portal develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version. The portal is governed by the law of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
